Refund & cancellation policy

Digital stickers are activated instantly after payment. Because the QR code is generated and delivered immediately, digital purchases are non-refundable, except where the payment was charged twice or the service failed to activate.

You can cancel a sticker pack order for a full refund before it is shipped. If your stickers arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
